Good afternoon,

I would love your help promoting some of our cooking/nutrition programs coming up at Centretown CHC.

Here is a summary of the posters I have attached, thank you for helping! The first 3 groups in particular are at risk of being cancelled. Thanks

Gluten-Free class: low cost gluten-free recipes to try
Craving Change: a 4 week program beneficial to anyone struggling with high sweet cravings and overeating
10 meals; 2 hours: Easy, low cost recipes that can be made all at once - many that can be put in the freezer (many food samples will be given)
Grocery Makeover: A 2-hour class about eating on a budget
Make Your Own Baby Food: Best for parents with 4-6 month olds
Snacks: Designed for families to attend (childcare can be provided on request), many snack options and samples for everyone. Offered in French and in English (2 workshop dates)
Eid: Celebration open to the whole community to learn more about Ramadan and eat a meal together
